Those specific links establish a documented distribution relationship. They do not establish the identity of every website or APK using Dream11 in its name.

A Watch Along is described as creator commentary and interaction around a match. It should not be read as a promise of the official television broadcast or rights to every IPL fixture. The broader announcement and Apple listing also advertise live sport. Check the exact event card and access conditions for the match you want; a live score, a creator stream and a match broadcast answer different needs.

Registration and eligibility in India

Sections 3.1–3.4 of the terms say an account is required for the services and permit only one unique account per user. For India they require an age of at least 18, residence in India and a valid Indian mobile number. The examples of information the provider may request include name, age, team name, mobile number, email address, country and gender. This is a published account policy, rather than a completed registration walkthrough or a claim that every listed field appears on the first screen.

A free-league player who wants rules rather than a prediction

For a reader interested in free fantasy leagues, the most useful extra source is the cricket rules page linked by the terms.
